Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will work with patients across care communities, delivering treatment aligned with plans of care and ensuring compassionate, compliant care.

You'll collaborate with clinicians and facility staff, maintain up-to-date documentation, and participate in continuing education and leadership development opportunities. A state license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current OTA state license.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with facility staff and supervise Rehab Technicians as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to plans of care.
