Legacy Healthcare Services in Missouri is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a mission-driven senior living community. You will deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services on-site, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents’ quality of life.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, on-site mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing not-for-profit organization serving 500+ communities

Qualifications

• Must have current OTA license in state of practice or ability to obtain before starting.
• Associates of applied science degree in occupational therapy assistant or related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Support mentorship and hands-on training utilizing innovative therapies and technologies.
• Contribute to career advancement and support not-for-profit mission in senior living communities.
