Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our not-for-profit senior care team. You will deliver holistic, patient-centered rehabilitation and collaborate with on-site therapists to support residents in daily living activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, mentorship, and ongoing learning with access to CEUs and modern therapies. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services emphasizing holistic, patient-centered care.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies and technologies.
• Support career development and clinical interests.
• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
