Legacy Healthcare Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will assist with rehabilitative services for residents under physician orders, delivering one-on-one therapy and a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.

This role offers Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Licensure reimbursement available for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using functional, patient-centered treatments.
