Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitative care team for senior living residents. You will deliver patient-centered therapy, collaborate with clinicians, and leverage innovative approaches to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in area of discipline.
• Current OTA license in state of practice or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Strong computer proficiency for documentation and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Receive mentorship and apply innovative technologies in therapy.
• Contribute to career development and clinical interests within a not-for-profit senior living setting.
• Support Monday—Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
• Engage in on-site rehabilitative care as part of a larger team.

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
