Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehabilitation team serving senior living communities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with therapists, and delivering functional therapies that improve residents’ quality of life.

This PRN position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment, with Monday-Friday schedules and no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in OTA is required.
• Current OTA license in the state of practice or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on holistic, patient-centered care.
