Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team in a not-for-profit senior living setting.

You will deliver patient-centered therapy under medical orders, collaborating with a coordinated care team to improve residents' quality of life. Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Associates of Applied Science degree in OTA or related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
