Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Durham, NC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy to senior residents and collaborate with therapists to deliver holistic care.

We offer mentorship, ongoing CEUs, licensure reimbursement, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in the relevant discipline.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the practicing state or ability to obtain before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience using innovative therapies and tech.
• Advance clinical interests and contribute to career development.
