Legacy Healthcare Services in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehabilitation team. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy for residents under medical orders, delivering functional, patient-centered care with mentorship and access to innovative therapies.

The position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a comprehensive benefits package, and licensure

Qualifications

• License: Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice or ability to obtain before start.

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting
