Concierge Home Care is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant for home-based therapy in Panama City, FL. You’ll travel to patients’ homes, deliver therapy per physician orders, and help patients reach their goals under supervision.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted charting and efficient documentation, with opportunities for professional development and flexible scheduling while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education).
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
• Licensed or regulated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice, as applicable.
• Two years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes to provide occupational therapy services that support their recovery and independence.
• Deliver therapy as outlined in the physician’s orders and plan of care, under supervision of an Occupational Therapist and the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
• Assist patients in achieving their therapy goals through intermittent visits tailored to their needs.
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation and charting tools to support timely, accurate note completion.

Your Role asanOccupational Therapist Assistant:
