Legacy Healthcare Services in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join a not-for-profit senior rehabilitation team. This role offers meaningful patient interaction, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a larger network of 500 communities nationwide.

• Must hold or be eligible for an OT assistant license.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment.

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting
