Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide NICU-based occupational therapy for infants in the Special Care Nursery on an as-needed basis. The position includes premium pay differential in addition to base compensation.
The role contributes to the opening of a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, delivering comprehensive therapy services while documenting care and participating in broader Rehabilitation Services activities.

FWBH is opening a Level 2 Special Care Nursery.
The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
WI state license as a Occupational Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days. RN/OT/PT/SLP, preferred.
