Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services on-site at Froedtert Hospital. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care across Neuro and related rehab areas. Neuro experience is a plus; extra differential included.

Two years of clinical therapy experience and WI PT licensure are required, along with BLS. This on-site position offers opportunities in various rehab settings and a dedicated team.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
