Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license is required.
• CPR certification required; can be obtained during onboarding.
• Graduate from an approved OT program; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and guidelines.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to achieve goals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Enter patient data into EMR and rehabilitation systems accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
