KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care in our skilled nursing facility in Chico, CA. The role welcomes new graduates and experienced OT with SNF experience.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents and families. Part-time hours with bonuses and relocation assistance may be available.

Formación

• Currently completing or recently graduated from an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Must hold active California OT license.
• CPR certification required; may obtain prior to onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluation and treatment per physician orders, payer authorization, and facility guidelines.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Document care in EMR and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, residents, families, and caregivers.
• Direct and supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students as applicable.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
