KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehab services in a skilled nursing facility in Los Banos, CA. The role supports evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing patient education to improve mobility and independence.

Competenze

• Currently completing, completed, or recently graduated from an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain the California Physical Therapist license or authorization.
• CPR certification required.
• New graduates and experienced physical therapists welcome to apply.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients per physician orders and facility guidelines.
• Develop individualized plans of care to improve mobility and function.
• Provide PT interventions to improve strength, balance, and gait.
• Set measurable goals and monitor progress; modify plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with the rehab team and supervise assistants when applicable.
