Qualifications

• Licensed California Occupational Therapist or eligible

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients according to orders and guidelines
• Develop individualized plans of care for OT
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, balance, cognition
• Monitor progress and adjust plans
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries
• Supervise assistants and students as required
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
