Eastern Star Home and Campus in Oriskany, NY is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $38-$44, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to help residents improve daily function and independence.

You will evaluate residents, develop plans of care, and provide skilled therapy across activities of daily living, strength, balance, cognition, and functional performance. Collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active New York Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance.
• Establish appropriate therapy goals and monitor resident progress.
• Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence.
• Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy.
• Provide education to residents and caregivers to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work closely with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Eastern Star Home and Campus. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, build confidence, and maintain greater independence.

What You'll Do
