Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time and PRN positions. The role includes delivering OT services, evaluating patients, and developing treatment plans in alignment with company standards.

You will supervise assistants, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development. A sign-on bonus may be available for full-time hires, with a broad network across 44 states and 900+ communities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with OT principles and Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions.
• Maintain state license and stay informed on OT developments.
