Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage discharges, and supervise COTAs and rehab techs while adhering to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and state OT license (where applicable).
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing plans of care.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab techs.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to regulations.
