Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop care plans, and discharge patients as appropriate, while supervising assistants and rehab techs in a compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy (OT) and related services for patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care; discharge planning; supervise assistants and rehab techs; case management responsibilities.
• Maintain professional conduct per Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines and adhere to state and federal regulations.
