Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Valid occupational therapist state license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans; discharge planning.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab techs; manage cases and documentation.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
