PediaStaff is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment near St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role focuses on an all-pediatric caseload in a clinical setting, with collaboration among 8 OT clinicians including joint services with Speech and Mental Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Work with an all-pediatric caseload in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with 7 other OT clinicians.
• Provide treatment for development delays in gross motor and motor coordination, as well as sensory integration.
• Use clinic's sensory integration focus.
• Utilize complimentary Speech, OT and Mental Therapy Services offered by the clinic.
• Maintain caseload of approximately 36 patients (30-32 on average).
• Work 30-32 hours per week; schedule flexible.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate successfully with caregivers, guardians, and parents to achieve best outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate patient, plan, develop and execute effective treatment plans; goal oriented.
• Previous pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork counts).

Qualifications

You will need to hold an appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
