Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment services to improve patients' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapies to enhance mobility, coordination, strength and daily living skills, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and families, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
