TEEMA Solutions Group seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore or improve functional independence.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, educate patients and families, and maintain precise clinical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and facility policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in the state; BLS certification if required by the facility.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or school-based settings; pediatric/geriatric or medically complex cases preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and cognitive functions.
• Educate patients and families; provide discharge planning and home exercise guidance.
• Document outcomes and maintain compliant EMR records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and care teams to coordinate care.
