Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The OTA educates patients on therapeutic activities to improve independence in daily living and coordinates with the Rehab Director to integrate care.

The role requires active licensure in Texas, and prior home health experience is preferred. Ability to drive, meet schedules, and maintain confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OTA curriculum accredited by AOTA.
• Current Texas OTA license to practice.
• Two years' OTA experience in home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with OT and Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the plan of care.
• Guide and teach patients in therapeutic and self-care activities.
• Observe, document, and report patient response to treatment.
• Participate in case conferences to coordinate care and outcomes.
