Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT school.
• Current State OT license.
• BLS certification.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides.
• Complete evaluations of assigned patients and document per department standards.
• Plan and provide treatment to assigned patients per established standards of care.
