Job summary

Corewell Health in Dearborn seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment and education to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor the activities of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides, complete patient evaluations and plan and provide treatment according to established standards.

You’ll also document services, participate in safety training, and maintain licensure as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT school.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current State OT license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and education to patients.
• Monitor therapeutic activities of COTAs and aides.
• Complete evaluations and plan/provide treatment per standards.
• Document services per department standards.
• Maintain licensure and participate in required safety training.
