Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT school.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current State OT license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education.
• Monitor the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides.
• Complete evaluations of assigned patients according to established standards of care and practice.
• Plan and provide treatment to assigned patients per standards of care and practice.
• Complete all documentation of services per department standards.
• Maintain updated license and provide evidence to supervisor within two weeks of receipt of license.
