Job summary

Corewell Health in Dearborn seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evaluations, treatments, and patient education within an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor COTAs, complete patient assessments, and ensure all documentation meets department standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, completed clinical internship, Michigan OT license, and BLS certification. This is a full-time day shift position in Dearborn.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT school with documented internship.
• Current state occupational therapy license valid in Michigan.
• BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education.
• Monitor treatment activities of COTAs and aides.
• Complete evaluations of assigned patients according to standards of care.
• Plan and provide treatment per established standards of care.
• Document all services per department standards.
• Maintain license status and submit evidence to supervisor within two weeks of receipt.
