Job summary

Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
- BSOT or MSOT from an accredited program
- Current state license in good standing
- 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
Responsibilities
- Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (activities of daily living)
- Establish, assess, and modify goals
- Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
- Chart appropriately and timely
- Use therapy software appropriately and accurately
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
- Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team
