Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in LaBelle, FL is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative clinical team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, and document progress to inform ongoing care.

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
