Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Superior, WI. You will collaborate with a clinical team, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.

This position offers daytime PRN shifts and working within Twin Ports Health Services. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
