Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN, on-site position in Sandstone, MN. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and ensuring optimal functional independence within a supportive therapy-driven network.

The candidate should hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license and NBCOT certification required.
• At least 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ability to document progress and modify plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
