Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team led by experienced clinicians. You will schedule daytime hours while delivering high-quality care to patients within a facility setting.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current FL OT license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of OT experience preferred. You will evaluate, document progress, adjust plans, and educate families on equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
