Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Heritage Hall Tazewell, VA. The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license with NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred.

You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
• Collaborates with a therapy team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Provides PRN daytime OT coverage at Heritage Hall Tazewell, VA.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
