Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist in Taylorville, IL. You’ll join a collaborative team and provide patient-centered care with flexible daytime hours, supporting continuity of therapy while maintaining clinical voice.

The role requires an OT degree, active IL license and NBCOT certification, with about a year of OT experience preferred, and you’ll educate families on safety and equipment while documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
