Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our PRN team at Naamans Creek Country Manor in Garnet Valley, PA. You will work daytime PRN shifts, collaborating with a supportive therapy team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of OT experience preferred. You’ll evaluate, plan, document progress, and educate patients and families on safety and adaptive

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
