Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN daytime role at Peak Gastonia. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a team focused on quality care.

The position requires an OT license, NBCOT certification, and prior OT experience; you will educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety while supporting patients’ functional independence. Contact Adriana for details.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
