Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Occupational Therapist for East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Elkhart, IN. This full-time role offers a $52/hour pay rate and a $10,000 incentive, with a structured mentorship program to grow your clinical and leadership skills.

As an OT, you will build relationships with residents and staff, promote physical and psychosocial well-being, and collaborate with nursing and care teams to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.

Full-time $52/hour and $10,000 incentive
