Job summary

Acloché LLC in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic therapy team. The role involves working across inpatient and pediatric settings with a 50/50 split and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Eligible candidates hold an OT license, ACCOTE accreditation, and CPR certification, and will supervise OT assistants and students. Compensation includes $38–$49 per hour plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
