Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a well-established rehabilitation center in Ohio. This role involves working across inpatient and pediatric settings in a collaborative team, with a 50/50 split between pediatrics and inpatient care, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 40 hours weekly.

Candidates must hold an ACOTE-accredited OT degree and an active Ohio OT license, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Ohio OT license (ACOTE program).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in inpatient and pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver OT services to maximize functional outcomes
• Provide care across neonate to geriatric ages
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50)
• Supervise COTAs and OT students
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team and departments
