ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio. The role spans inpatient and pediatric settings with a 50/50 split, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Candidates must hold an ACOTE‑accredited OT degree, Ohio OT license, and CPR certification. Salary is $38–$49 per hour with a $20,000 sign‑on bonus and a 2‑year contract; benefits include medical coverage and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE‑accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
