Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at The Landings of Mills River is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessment, planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes education for patients and families, documentation, and teamwork to support functional improvements.

Licensure in the relevant state and CPR certification are preferred. Experience of 0–1 years is anticipated as a starting point in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
