Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team. The role requires an OT license and CPR certification (preferred) with 0–1 years of experience.

The position emphasizes hands-on patient care, collaboration, and ongoing documentation to support patient progress and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have current state OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
