Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Allen, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team. The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans and guiding patients toward greater independence, with a daytime, part-time schedule at Christian Care Community of Allen.

Candidates must have a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current license, NBCOT certification, and ideally 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
