Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our Edgehill Nursing & Rehab location in Glenside, PA. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative planning with a leadership team that supports professional growth.

You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. A state license and NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
