Westside Children's Therapy in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team focusing on pediatric care, including sensory integration and feeding therapy. You’ll assess clients, tailor interventions, and guide families to apply strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• OT licensure or eligibility to practice in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
