Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with pediatric clients within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess clients, design interventions, and help develop fine motor, cognition, language, and self-care skills while guiding families to reinforce progress at home.

The role emphasizes a collaborative culture, mentorship, and a schedule that includes after-school hours. A Master’s or Doctoral OT degree and state licensure/eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OT licensure or licensure eligibility in the state.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, regulation, and more.
• Provide family guidance to reinforce treatment strategies at home.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and other team members.
