Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team in Lockport, IL. You’ll assess clients, design interventions to build fine motor, language, cognition, and self-care skills, and guide families to support therapy goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration, fun and life-changing outcomes for neurodiverse children, with mentorship and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an OT degree from an accredited program.
• Illinois OT licensure or eligibility is required.
• OT certification (NBCOT) completion/pass is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of equipment as needed.
• Implement interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills.
• Support families to reinforce treatment goals at home.
